Founded in 2010, we are a leading integrated manufacturer of automotive cables, cabin air filters and rubber weatherstrips in Southwest China. Located in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, we serve OEM factories, motorcycle makers and global auto‑parts importers with stable quality and competitive factory‑direct prices.

With a total investment of RMB 20 million, our 4,000 ㎡ production base features standardized workshops and complete facilities. We operate 5 cable production lines, 2 filter production lines, with an annual capacity of:

We strictly follow international quality standards and hold IATF16949:2016 automotive quality management system certification.

Full‑process quality control covers product design, process development and manufacturing, with strict checks on three key points: Raw‑material incoming inspection In‑process inspection Finished‑goods outgoing inspection Pursuing "zero‑defect" quality, we deliver safe, reliable and cost‑effective one‑stop solutions for clients worldwide.

-Incoming control

The parts warehouse is divided into pending‑inspection area, accessory area, sample area and other zones. IQC verifies materials submitted for inspection by the material department and truthfully completes incoming inspection reports. Qualified parts are handed over to the material department for storage, which manages parts following the FIFO (First‑In, First‑Out) principle. Non‑conforming parts shall be handled in accordance with the Non‑Conforming Product Control Procedure.

- In-Process Quality Control

Operators process products per Control Plan & Work Instruction, record data on Product Process Flow Card. Process non‑conforming parts follow Non‑Conforming Product Control Procedure.

- Final Quality Control

Inspectors carry out product inspection in accordance with the  requirements of the Finished‑Product Inspection Instruction, and truthfully record relevant inspection data in the Outgoing Report. Non‑conforming parts identified during inspection shall be handled in accordance with the Non‑Conforming Product Control Procedure.

If we don’t find what we need on your website, what should we do?

You can send us the OE number or of the product you need, we will check if we have them. We also develop new models according to customer’s need; you can contact us for more detail.

Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?

Yes, price vary according to the quantity of each item. More quantity more discounts for you. We sincerely hope to cooperate with you in the long run.

How can I get the specific price of the product I need?

MOQ is 1pc. But it is based on the premise that this product is in stock. If it is out of stock now, the specific requirement about MOQ, please contact our sales for more details.

Can I get a sample first? Is it free?

Yes, we can provide u samples. We fully understand that you want to test the quality through samples first. But in most cases, sample is not free. You can order a sample first. If you are satisfied with the product after you check the sample and want to buy in bulk, you would receive the refund of the money you paid for the sample in next order. Please note that price is different between sample and wholesale.
